Kim Ross has extensive experience in early childhood education and management, currently serving as Service Manager and Head Start Services Supervisor for Education, Disabilities, and Mental Health at Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. since September 2016. Prior roles include Head Start Education Coordinator at the same organization and various teaching positions at The Goddard School and Bright Horizons, including Preschool Teacher and Pre Kindergarten Teacher. Kim also served as a Child Development Center Manager at RurAL CAP earlier in 2009. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
