Brad Koopman

Brad Koopman has extensive experience in the agriculture insurance industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regional Service Manager at RCIS since February 1994, Brad oversees the underwriting and servicing of MPCI and Named Peril policies across a ten-state area, managing a team of 41 employees. Previous roles at RCIS include Regional Sales Manager and National Claims Training Manager, among others. Earlier career positions include Regional Compliance and Claims Manager at Crop Hail Management and National Operations Manager at Allied Crop Insurance. Brad began their professional journey as a high school science teacher and coach, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Augustana College.
