Katherine Holmes

Katherine Holmes, MSIDT, is an experienced instructional design professional currently serving as the Lead Design and Development Specialist at RCIS: Rural Community Insurance Services since April 2016. In this role, Katherine leads curriculum design and development for over 1,000 claims managers and crop adjusters. Previous positions at RCIS included Instructional Design Consultant and Instructional Design Associate Consultant, where Katherine developed learning solutions and collaborated with stakeholders to create compliant educational materials. Prior to RCIS, Katherine held various roles at Wells Fargo Bank, including Learning and Development Facilitator and Loan Servicing Specialist, focusing on training and customer relations within mortgage collections. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana University.
