Phil Pattison

Phil Pattison is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as CFO at TotalLab Ltd. since September 2019 and as Non Executive Director for the Rural Design Centre Innovation Project since March 2021. Phil also works as a self-employed management consultant for LYBL Ltd. and has held previous positions such as CFO at Manus Neurodynamica and Chief Financial Officer at Biosignatures Ltd. Phil co-founded Our Mind's Work and served as its Non Executive Chairman until December 2023, and contributed as a Business Advisor for Young Enterprise UK, supporting youth entrepreneurship. Earlier career roles include Finance Director and Company Secretary at Royal IHC, Global Commercial Director at Worldmark International, and CFO at Newcastle Science City.
