Ovais Bhat

Ovais Bhat is an experienced professional in the field of Management Information Systems, currently serving as an MIS Specialist at Rural Development since May 2016. Prior to this role, Ovais held positions as Administrative Staff at the National Sample Survey Office from August 2015 to April 2016 and worked as an MIS Specialist Cum Hardware Trainer at Mass Infotech Society between April 2014 and May 2015. Ovais began the career as a Computer Instructor at V Computers from May 2013 to March 2014. Ovais holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the University of Kashmir.
