Randal Lipps, P.E., PMP

Randal Lipps, P.E., PMP has worked in various roles since 2003. Randal began their career at IDOM, Inc. - Formerly AEC Engineering, Inc. as the V.P. Director of Operations in 2003. In 2006, they moved to IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture as Director and later President - U.S. In 2012, they were appointed Executive VP & Chief Commercial Officer at OHLA Group. In 2015, they took on the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer at Lauren Engineers & Constructors. In 2020, they became an Independent Consultant. In 2021, they were appointed Vice President at GDC Industrial, Inc. and in 2022, they were appointed President / CEO at Rural Electric, Inc.

Randal Lipps, P.E., PMP holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
