Nwagwu Judetheddeus Ihem possesses extensive experience in customer service and engineering, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Concentrix since May 2023. Nwagwu has held the position of Lead Field Services Engineer at Tizeti Network Limited since January 2018 and continues to work as a Field Engineer for the Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria since June 2017. Previously, Nwagwu worked as a Solar Engineer at OVERNIGHT POWER SOLUTION from August 2013 to June 2017. Nwagwu holds an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IMT Enugu, completed between 2005 and 2010, with geographical expertise in Abuja and Imo regions.
