Dr. Joylove Felder

Dr. Joylove Felder has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Starting in 2023, they joined Rural Health Services as the Clinical Director. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Nursing and Clinical Support at the same organization. In 2022, Dr. Felder worked as the Lead Nurse Practitioner at Joint Regeneration of Augusta. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family/Primary Care at Community Health Care Systems, Inc. Their experience also includes working as a Nurse Practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic from 2019 to 2020. In the past, Dr. Felder served as a Registered Nurse at Select Specialty Hospital from 2009 to 2016, as a PRN Night Shift RN Supervisor at East Central Regional Hospital from 2011 to 2012, as a Chemotherapy Infusion Registered Nurse at Augusta Oncology from 2008 to 2009, as a Registered Nurse at CHI Franciscan Health from 2006 to 2008, and as a Charge Nurse/ Float Pool Nurse at Metropolitan Methodist Hospital from 2003 to 2006.

Dr. Joylove Felder completed their education with the following degrees and certifications:

- In 2000-2003, they attended Hopkinsville Community College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Nursing.

- From 2013-2015, they studied at Kaplan University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

- Between 2015-2018, Dr. Felder attended Augusta University, where they achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner.

In addition to their degrees, Dr. Felder holds various certifications, including being an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse registered with the South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia Boards of Nursing. Dr. Joylove is also certified in Basic Life Support, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and holds various other certifications in areas such as chronic care and diabetes education.
