Karen Rankin

Karen Rankin is a seasoned professional in workforce planning and analytics with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Workforce Planning Manager at Rural King since December 2023, Karen previously held roles such as Manager of Customer Experience at Zebra Technologies from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of data scientists and managing internal metrics. Prior to that, Karen was the Director of Store Operations Analytics at Reflexis Systems, focusing on developing customer resources for Cognos Analytics. With a significant tenure at Toys"R"Us from 1997 to 2018, Karen managed labor planning and reporting for a vast network of stores and contributed to the startup of the Babies"R"Us division. Earlier career experience includes financial analysis at Purepac Pharmaceutical Co. and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ithaca College.
