Patrick Moore has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to emergency management, firefighting, and motor sports. Patrick is currently working as a USAR/Rescue Instructor at the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service. In addition, Patrick serves as a Battalion Chief - Special Operations Command and Assistant to the Chief of Training at Rural Metro Fire Department.

Patrick also has an extensive background in the motor sports industry, having worked as the Chief Executive Officer of RaceResQ, Inc. for over 35 years. Patrick provides consulting services, expert witness testimony, and lectures to sanctioning bodies, track owners, and private agencies.

Furthermore, Patrick has worked as a Firefighter & On-Track Rescue Technician at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and as a Crew Chief, Rescue Tools Truck, and On-Track Firefighter & Rescue Specialist at Rockingham Motor Speedway Ltd. Patrick has also served as the Director of Training at Jaws Of Life and as a MotorSports Consultant at RPM Tours.

Patrick's early career includes working as a Firefighter-Emergency Management Coordinator at the City of Beaver Falls and as a Medic and Director at MEDIC RESCUE, INC. Patrick received commendations during their tenure at MEDIC RESCUE, INC. and played a significant role in expanding the company's contracts and marketing efforts.

Patrick has also held the position of Business Development Manager at Holmatro and Director positions at RaceResQ, Inc. and MEDIC RESCUE, INC. Overall, Patrick Moore's work experience demonstrates expertise in emergency management, firefighting, motor sports, and training.

Patrick Moore's education history includes the following:

From 2015 to 2023, they attended the Federal Emergency Management Agency - Emergency Management Institute, where they pursued a degree in All-Hazards - Incident Management Teams with a focus on Planning Section Chief & Safety Officer IC-t.

In 1976, they enrolled at the University of Street Medicine, where they obtained a PhD and became a Professor of Hydraulic Devices. Patrick'sfield of study focused on Rescue Tools for Life Saving.

Starting in 1978 and continuing until 2023, they attended the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, earning degrees in Fire Officer I, Fire Service Instructor, and Firefighter I/II. Patrick specialized in Technical Rescuer/Trench Technician/ Hazardous Materials and Incident Safety Officer (NFA).

In the same year, 1978, they also attended the Pennsylvania Department of Health and acquired a degree in Emergency Medicine as an EMT and VRT.

Additionally, Patrick Moore has obtained several certifications, including Fire Officer 1 from The Pro Board in February 2023, NIMS-IMT Command Staff (IC-PIO-SOFR-LOFR) from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency in December 2019, Professional Municipal Emergency Manager from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency in April 2018, and Advanced Professional Emergency Management Specialist from FEMA in April 2017.

Patrick also holds certifications in NIMS 100-200-300-400-700-800 from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency in January 2011, NIMS IMT (LSC-COML-SPUL-FACL-GSUL) from FEMA in January 2011, and NIMS IMT (PSC-SITL-RESL-E-iSuites) (FSC) from FEMA in January 2011.

Furthermore, they have certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician from the Pennsylvania Department of Health (1978) and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Patrick is also certified as a Fire Fighter I/II by The Pro Board, a Fire Service Instructor I by The Pro Board, and an Incident Safety Officer by the National Fire Academy. Patrick holds additional certifications in NFPA, NIMS, Professional County Emergency Manager from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Tactical Fire Ground Officer from the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, and Track Services Operations - Instructor from NASCAR.
