Silvia N. Hodlewsky, CPA, has a strong background in financial management and planning. Silvia N. started their career at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as an International Senior Financial Analyst, where they led the development of budgets and forecasts for international operations across multiple countries. Silvia N. then worked at Enron, Inc. as a Sr. Financial Planning Analyst, where they implemented forecasting and reporting processes for the gas pipeline units. Following that, they joined Cyberonics, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, and FP&A Manager, responsible for annual budgeting and implementing planning software. Silvia then joined Catholic Health Initiatives as a Manager and later Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing the development of long-range financial plans and budgeting. In their most recent roles, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Excelsior and Rural Physicians Group. Overall, Silvia has a proven track record in financial management across various industries.
Silvia N. Hodlewsky, CPA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee / Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Mount Mary University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Silvia also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Silvia N. has also obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
