Sydnee Strellis

Sydnee Strellis, RMCP, serves as the Resource Management Department Lead at Rural Sourcing (now Sparq) since 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing over 10,000 resource alignments across US and LATAM teams and partnering with C-suite leadership on workforce planning strategies. Previous experience as a Resource Manager involved collaborating with Sales to align resource pipelines with project requirements, while an earlier role as a Program Coordinator focused on developing training materials. Prior to Rural Sourcing, Sydnee held the position of Qualitative Assistant - Shift Leader at Schlesinger Associates, managing a team in the execution of focus groups. Sydnee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University.
