Cari Beckman

Cari Beckman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Rush Copley Medical Center since April 2017. Prior to this role, Cari held the position of System Director & HR Business Partner at Edward-Elmhurst Health from January 2014 to March 2017. Cari's career in the HR field began at Lutheran General Hospital as an Employee Relations Representative, followed by various positions at Edward Hospital, including Manager of Employee Relations and Director of Employee Relations & Learning. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Employee Relations at Brookdale Senior Living and Director of Staffing & Employee Development at Edward Hospital & Health Services. Cari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Hope College, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
