Keith D. Garland

Keith D. Garland, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Rush Enterprises, Inc., where proactive support is provided to the Southeast region's Leadership team across commercial vehicle dealerships in multiple states. Garland has successfully developed and implemented a Diversity and Inclusion strategy for this region. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Leader at KPH Construction Corp, where all aspects of HR strategy were led for the growing business, and various roles at KPH Construction including Human Resources/Finance Manager and Controller, focusing on compliance and financial management. Garland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lakeland University.
