Oliver Tobin is an experienced operations professional with a history of leadership in the hair and beauty industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at RUSH Hair & Beauty since April 2013, Oliver has held various roles including Head of Analytics and Performance and Head of Operations, overseeing franchise and shared ownership stores while enhancing sales and marketing strategies across over 30 locations. Previously, Oliver was the General Manager at the flagship RUSH location on Baker Street, managing a team of 12 and focusing on revenue growth, staff development, and customer experience. Prior experience includes a decade as General Manager at Crew Salon, where Oliver honed skills in team coaching, sales enhancement, and cost management.
