Jon Rusco

Jon Rusco has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in rehabilitation and patient care services. Jon began their career as a Clinic Director at Physiotherapy Associates in 2001 and held the role until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Jon worked at Advocate Trinity Hospital, where they initially served as a Supervisor Outpatient Physical Medicine before being promoted to Manager of Rehab Services. In 2015, they joined Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital as the Director of Rehabilitation Programs and Services until 2017. Currently, Jon is the Director of Service Line Operations for Patient Care Services at Rush Oak Park Hospital, a position they have held since 2016. In this role, they oversee various service lines and manages capital purchasing and operations.
