Matthew started their career at NYX Gaming Group Ltd as a Customer Service & Payments Supervisor and then moved on to become a Senior Risk Analyst. In 2017, they joined Rush Street Interactive as a Risk & Payments Manager before being promoted to Director of Payments in 2020.
