Paul Wierbicki

Paul Wierbicki has extensive work experience in the legal field. Paul is currently serving as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Rush Street Interactive, a prominent online gaming and entertainment company. Prior to this role, Wierbicki worked at LAMB Capital Advisors as the General Counsel, where they led a multi-billion dollar real estate, gaming, and emerging growth company. Paul was responsible for overseeing a significant de-SPAC transaction for Rush Street Interactive and served as a member of the company's board of directors. Wierbicki also worked at AbbVie Inc., where they held the position of Senior Counsel, focusing on negotiating supply agreements for the company's new product. Paul began their legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, initially as an Associate and later as a Partner/Of Counsel. During their time at Kirkland & Ellis, Wierbicki specialized in addressing various legal matters in industries such as healthcare, retail, automotive, energy, and more.

Paul Wierbicki has a bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science from Vanderbilt University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Paul then attended New York University School of Law from 2002 to 2005, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Additionally, from 2003 to 2005, Wierbicki also pursued a Certificate of Business at NYU Stern School of Business.
