Talviki Viigand

Talviki Viigand has over 12 years of work experience, starting in 2007 as a Store Manager at IM Arvutid AS, where they were responsible for managing the partner store of Apple Inc. In 2013, they joined Playtech as an HR Specialist, focusing on recruitment for various technical roles. Talviki then advanced to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager in 2015, leading recruitment efforts and implementing processes across the organization. In 2018, Talviki joined Car Rental Gateway Limited as an HR and Talent Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of People Operations at Rush Street Interactive, where they oversee people operations within the company.

Talviki Viigand obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature / Communication and Public Relations from the University of Tartu from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Audentese Ülikool in 2004-2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2003-2004, Talviki Viigand also attended TTÜ Tallinna Kolledž to pursue a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Apple Product Professional and Apple Sales Professional from Apple Inc. in January 2010.
