Kiki Encarnacion

KiKi (Guadalupe) Encarnacion has extensive experience in human resources management, having held several key positions in the gaming and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Rush Street Gaming, LLC, KiKi has previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hard Rock International and Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, as well as holding various managerial roles at Horseshoe Casino Hammond, including Employee Relations Manager and Employment & Training Manager. KiKi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Purdue University Northwest, attained between 1991 and 1996.
