Kateri Swiss

Kateri Swiss is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as RN Program Manager for Community Health Equity and Engagement at Rush University System for Health since 2019. Prior to this role, Kateri worked at Rush University Medical Center from 2008 to 2015 as Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the RUSH Cancer Center, where responsibilities included leading the implementation and management of the Comprehensive Gastrointestinal Cancer Program. Kateri began her nursing career as a Staff RN at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, providing care to a complex adult patient population. Kateri's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Community and Behavioral Health from Colorado School of Public Health, a Certificate in Advancing Cultural Competence from the University at Albany School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
