Martin Pratt

Martin Pratt has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and product development industry.

Martin started their career as an Interactive Developer at TOUCH/CAST in 2008 and later moved on to work as a Creative Technologist at The Minimart from 2011 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Martin served as the Product & Technology Lead at Everywhere, where they worked closely with clients to deliver high-value products and implemented agile practices within the agency.

In 2015, Martin took on the role of Product Engineering Lead (contract) at Mitre 10, where they were responsible for planning and developing the front-end for a redesigned trade application.

Martin then joined optilyz in 2016 as a Product Engineering Lead, where they led the product design and engineering of the front-end application and implemented agile practices.

Martin's experience at Ada Health from 2017 to 2020 included roles such as Program Director (Platform & Enterprise), where they established and led the delivery of processes and infrastructure for sustainable and secure products. Martin also served as the Product Engineering Manager, where they introduced effective product practices and implemented engineering management best practices.

From 2020 to 2021, Martin worked at medudoc Group as a Product & Technology Advisor and later became the Chief Technology Officer. Their accomplishments included implementing the operating model and governance practices, defining the company purpose and product roadmap, and building a team of product researchers, designers, and engineers. Martin also developed the technology strategy, established information security policies, and ensured GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

Most recently, Martin joined Easy Crypto in 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer (Interim) before moving on to become the Director of Product at RUSH in 2023.

Martin Pratt received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from The University of Waikato, completing their education in 2007.
