Rushford
Melissa Gilmore currently serves as a Clinical Program Manager for Rushford, focusing on substance use and mental health initiatives in collaboration with law enforcement. As the owner and Licensed Professional Counselor at Evolve Counseling & Consultation LLC since 2012, Melissa manages a small group practice while providing supervision and consultations. Previous roles include drug court program coordination and clinical responsibilities at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center, adjunct professorship at Southern Connecticut State University, and various counseling and research positions at Yale University and other institutions. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Muhlenberg College.
