Dave Goodwin

Dave Goodwin is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Interim Corporate Property Manager at Rushmoor Borough Council since October 2021, Dave has played a crucial role in implementing a property management system and developing the Asset Management Plan. As the founder of Estatesman since May 2014, Dave aims to deliver high-quality property services, while also directing TASK FM and SAFAS, focusing on compliance and efficiency solutions for businesses. Previous roles include Interim Surveyor at Runnymede Borough Council, Head of Estates at Yeovil College, and various positions at Abbey Manor Group and Hall & Woodhouse Ltd, culminating in a strong foundation in real estate management bolstered by a BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University and MRICS accreditation.
