Jennifer Upstill

Jennifer Upstill currently serves as an Employment and Skills Officer at Rushmoor Borough Council since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Community Development Manager at Grainger PLC from June 2020 to September 2023 and held the position of Community Liaison Advisor at Berkeley Group Plc from June 2019 to June 2020. Jennifer also had a stint as a Community Development Manager (Maternity Cover) at Grainger PLC from July 2018 to June 2019. Prior to these roles, Jennifer was the Cultural Engagement Co-ordinator at Hampshire Cultural Trust from March 2013 to June 2018 and held various administrative roles at Hampshire County Council between February 2010 and March 2013. Jennifer started a career in the industry during a Summer Internship with IBM Hursley Laboratories in 2005. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History from Royal Holloway, University of London (2006-2009) and earlier studies at Peter Symonds College (2002-2004).
