David Forster

David Forster has worked in the energy industry since 1991. David began their career as a Petroleum Landman at Mobil Oil Canada and subsequently worked as a Manager, Trading and Market Services at PanEnergy/Continental Energy. In 1997, they were acquired by Enron and worked in various management positions in North America and Great Britain. In 2002, they moved to UBS Warburg Energy and was responsible for online trading. David then joined Rational Group in 2003 as Executive Director, where they were engaged in management consulting and software development. In 2011, they became Vice President at Niska Gas Storage and in 2014, they were appointed Director at Rushmore Energy. David is currently the President of Skyward Ventures, an umbrella for a variety of activities including gas trading, oil and gas investments and consulting.

David Forster obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Calgary, with a focus in Management and Petroleum Land Management, between 1987 and 1991.
