Rachel Drake

Rachel Drake has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as the Head of Training and Property Manager at Rushmore Management since November 2018. Previously, Rachel worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and as a Leasing Consultant with Harbor Group Management Company, where responsibilities included tenant outreach, conducting credit checks, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Earlier career experience includes roles at Bertucci's, where Rachel excelled in customer service as a server and hostess. Rachel holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Goldey-Beacom College and a BS in Psychology from Neumann University.
