Josh Klenda

Joshua Klenda has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Joshua currently holds the role of Chief Operations Officer at Rusin Concrete Construction, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Commercial at the same company from November 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining Rusin Concrete Construction, Klenda worked at GH Phipps Construction Companies from 2017 to 2020. Joshua held the role of Business Development & Preconstruction Manager from May 2019 to November 2020, where they were responsible for managing pre-construction services and client relations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Estimator, overseeing the GH-Phipps Concrete Pre-construction group. Joshua'sprimary focus was on self-performing concrete for mid-to-high-rise projects.

Klenda started their career with Kiewit Energy Company in 2012. Joshua held various roles including Pre-construction Project Manager, Estimating Systems Engineer, and Field Engineer. In these positions, they developed estimating systems, troubleshooted data integrations, and gained hands-on field experience.

Joshua also had a role as a Shop Technician at Atlas Mechanical from 2006 to 2012, where they gained experience in welding, metalworking, and the construction of various structures. Additionally, Klenda worked as a Construction Laborer/Carpenter at LVS Construction from 2010 to 2011.

Joshua Klenda has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Joshua also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
