Len Silvernail, CFM, has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Len started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served for 20 years, gaining expertise in aircraft and facilities maintenance and management. After their military service, Len worked as a Facilities Manager at Bellewood Retirement Community, where they successfully planned and supervised repair and renovation projects. Len then joined Bob Hope/Burbank Airport, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations and Maintenance, managing a large organization and generating significant annual revenue. Len later worked at PRIDE Industries as a Facilities Operations Director, overseeing multiple departments and managing contractual requirements for a government contract. Currently, Len serves as the Director of Facilities and Engineering at Rusnak Auto Group.

Len Silvernail, CFM, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 1980 to 1983. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from East Los Angeles College, where they studied from 1970 to 1972. Additionally, Len Silvernail obtained the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in May 2011.
