Kym Russell is Co-Founder of Russell Cellular and remains an active advisor with a pivotal role in the organization. She and her husband Jeff started Russell Cellular in 1993. Kym took responsibility for the day-to-day business operations establishing a duplicatable franchise-like system which set the path for fast and sustainable growth. She encourages a small-town family environment for their team members and works diligently to maintain that strong company culture as the business continues exponential growth nationwide.
Kym serves on the Executive Council and leads special initiatives, such as employee development, corporate image, and branding, as well as creating the bi-annual company magazine, RC Connections. Kym was integral in the design of the 40,000 square foot National Home Office building, involved in every detail—from creating the first draft of the layout and working with design firms, to choosing fixtures, furniture, and decor throughout.
