Paul Newcombe is an experienced engineering and design manager with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Design Office Manager at Russell Finex Ltd since April 2025, Newcombe previously held positions such as Engineering Manager at Pavegen, where leadership resulted in the development of Kinetic Pavements that significantly reduced carbon emissions and costs. With extensive expertise in new product development, Newcombe has successfully led teams at companies like Hanovia Ltd and Kingspan Water & Energy, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as UV disinfection and configurable BOM systems. Notable contributions include the creation of the first commercially successful electronic shower valve at Aqualisa Products Limited, which garnered a Queens Award for Innovation, and the development of pioneering coffee machines at Coffee Nation and Kraft Jacobs Suchard.
