Hetal Shah

Hetal Shah is an accomplished IT professional with a strong background in information technology infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Infrastructure at Russell Investments, Hetal has previously held significant positions including Director of IT and Global Head of Infrastructure at SS&C GlobeOp, as well as Director of IT and Associate Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager – Information Technology at Tata TD Waterhouse Securities Pvt. Ltd. and as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at G-tech Systems Pvt. Ltd. Hetal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
