Jim Leggate

Jim Leggate is Head of UK Institutional, Middle East, and Africa at Russell Investments, leading teams in London and Dubai and overseeing the day-to-day relationships with clients. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Jim, who joined Russell Investments in 2011, was instrumental in driving business growth in the Middle East and opening the firm’s office in Dubai. With more than 25 years of experience in financial markets, Jim has served a range of institutions including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and private banks. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was Head of EMEA Asset Owners and Investment Consultants at Morgan Stanley Capital International. Prior to that, Jim worked at Bloomberg Tradebook in sales and trading. He started his career as an analyst at WI Carr.
