Marcos Rapela

Marcos Rapela has extensive experience in hedge fund management, currently serving as Director of Hedge Funds at Russell Investments since September 2004, overseeing various equity hedge fund strategies. Prior to this role, Marcos was a Director at Ramius Capital Group, managing equity multi-manager hedge funds and participating in the Investment Committee for portfolio asset allocation. Earlier positions include Senior Analyst at Commonfund, where oversight was provided for long-only multi-manager funds, and roles at Northern Trust Global Advisors as an International Analyst and General Electric Capital as a Portfolio Specialist. Marcos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Connecticut State University.
