Nazanin Emma Rassouli

Nazanin Emma Rassouli serves as Associate General Counsel at Russell Investments since October 2023, specializing in global private market funds, US private placement funds, and mergers and acquisitions. Rassouli co-founded Astreas in 2020, a food innovation start-up focused on creating nutritious and tasty products. Previous experience includes roles as Director & Senior Legal Counsel at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, and a long tenure at Russell Investments as Associate General Counsel. Rassouli also held the position of Director of Compliance & Counsel at DRI Capital and has been involved with various legal roles in organizations such as PurifAid and Warner Bros. Studios.
