Philip Cox

Philip Cox is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and leadership across multiple financial institutions. Notably, Philip served as Chief Operating Officer at Russell Investments and Silicon Valley Bank, where Philip also held the position of Chief Operations Officer and Head of EMEA. Prior roles include Head of London at Bank of Scotland and CEO of Overseas Businesses at Torex Retail. Additionally, Philip held the title of Managing Director at RBS. Philip's foundational education was acquired at Fowey School from 1978 to 1982.
