Saurabh Arora

Saurabh Arora serves as the Head of Human Resources for India at Russell Investments, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Morgan Stanley, where Saurabh held positions as Executive Director and Vice President in Human Resources, and J.P. Morgan, where Saurabh worked as a Team Leader and HR Business Partner. Early career experience includes a summer internship at J.P. Morgan and a role as Senior Analyst in Cardmember Disputes at American Express. Saurabh is currently pursuing a PGDM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and an MLL&LW in Labor and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
