Shweta Narasimhadevara

Shweta Narasimhadevara serves as Chief Solutions Officer at Russell Investments since August 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Global Head of Private Markets and Alternatives, and Global Head of Product at State Street Global Advisors from June 2022 to July 2025. Prior to this, Shweta held the position of Managing Director and Head of Investment Product Strategy at Mellon from January 2014 to January 2022 and worked as Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Business Excellence at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from January 2000 to January 2005. Shweta holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
