Jacquie Klotzbach

Jacquie Klotzbach currently serves as the Director of Business Systems & Strategy at The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, a position held since November 2015, where responsibilities include directing administrative and IT operations to optimize workflows across departments. Previously, Jacquie was the Director of Public Relations at the same foundation, managing marketing and communication efforts to enhance community awareness. Prior to this, Jacquie worked at Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare from September 2010 to November 2015, initially as a Digital Media and Project Specialist, focusing on digital marketing and project management, and later as a Web Content Specialist, handling content management and departmental communication support. Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Utica University, completed in 2010.
