Alaina Chua

Alaina Chua currently serves as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alaina Chua gained extensive experience at Korn Ferry from October 2015 to August 2022, progressing through various roles including Senior Associate/Project Manager, Associate, Research Associate, and Executive Assistant. Alaina Chua also worked as a Consultant at VMA Group from August 2014 to October 2015 and as a Consultant at Rec2Rec Singapore, part of the Nastrac Group, during 2013-2014. Alaina Chua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from SIM University and a Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education.
