Alicia Newnam

Alicia Newnam has a diverse range of experience in executive support and project management roles. Alicia started their career as an Administrative Assistant and Associate at Aon Hewitt, where they provided support to Managing Consultants and Business Development owners. Alicia was then promoted to Associate and became a dedicated resource to client teams. Alicia then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Development Officer at MCPc, where they also provided support to the Director of Human Resources and organized the company's inaugural sales conference. Alicia then joined Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided executive support and assisted with board meetings and meeting preparation. Alicia then worked as a Special Assistant to the Co-Founder and President at Real Commissions, LLC before becoming a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc. In this role, they provided executive support and project management to the Chief Administrative Officer and their direct reports. Alicia also assisted with board meeting report preparation and was recognized with the Values Award and nominated for the Executive Assistant of the Year Award. Currently, Alicia works at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Senior Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Executive Search.
