Amanda Cameron

Amanda Cameron has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Amanda started their career in 1996 as an HR Administrator at Cushman & Wakefield and then moved on to work as an Executive Assistant at Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 1997. In 1998, they joined United Rentals as an HR Administrator.

In 1999, Amanda became the Director of Human Resources at Gazelle.com, where they were responsible for managing HR operations. Amanda then worked as an HR Consultant at InsourceHR from 2000 to 2001, providing specialized HR services to clients.

In 2001, Amanda took on the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at SAC Capital Advisors, LLC (aka Point72). Amanda was instrumental in establishing the company's HR program and overseeing all HR-related objectives. Amanda also implemented global policies and procedures for operations in multiple locations.

In 2007, Amanda joined Russell Reynolds Associates as the Director of Global People Operations. Amanda led a global team and managed various HR functions such as Performance Management, HR Systems, and Process Automation. Amanda played a strategic role in aligning the People function with the firm's overall strategy.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, strategic planning, and global policy development. Amanda'sexperience encompasses a wide range of industries and they have successfully led teams and implemented impactful HR initiatives.

Amanda Cameron completed their education in two institutions. Amanda first attended Boston College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. After that, they enrolled at Iona University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.

In addition to their degrees, Amanda has also obtained two certifications. In January 2005, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certificate Institute/SHRM. Later, in January 2016, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
