Courtney Euler

Courtney Euler, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global Director of People Operations at Nexxen, where responsibilities include leading a team in global HR functions, workforce planning, and managing key people operations while partnering with the C-suite. Prior experience includes roles as People Manager for U.S. and International Human Resources at Codat and Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Tomorrow's Office, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for over 400 employees across multiple states. Courtney also held HR positions at Xcite Steps and Hotel del Coronado, focusing on operational efficiency and employee development, as well as serving as a Teach for America Corps Member within AmeriCorps. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairfield University.
