Brian Bayne

Brian Bayne has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Brian started as an Account Executive at IBM in 2000, where they were responsible for driving revenue and profit across all IBM product lines. Brian then moved on to become a Business Unit Manager, leading a team in Houston to stabilize and grow IBM's General Business accounts. From there, they became the North American Solutions Sales Director, leading the business development team for IBM's NA Chemicals, Petroleum, and Industrial Products division. In 2012, they joined Axiom as the General Manager and Head of Oil and Gas. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Brian Bayne attended Vanderbilt University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Dallas from 1997 to 1999 and obtained an MBA in International Business.
