Dana Landis

Dana Landis serves as Executive Director of Leadership and Succession at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2021. Previously, Dana held the position of Head of Leadership Assessment at Google from October 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Dana worked at Korn/Ferry International for over eleven years, advancing through roles including Vice President of Talent Research and Analytics, Vice President of Global Search Assessment, Director of Search Assessment, and Search Assessment Specialist. Dana began a career in career counseling at UCLA Career Center, serving as Program Director for PhD Counseling from 2000 to 2005. Educational credentials include a PhD in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
