David Krahe

David Krahe is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in senior-level roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Area Manager in Dallas at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2015, David specializes in executive search and assessment, providing expert advice on leadership recruitment and retention. Previously, as Director of Product Marketing for Neuromodulation at St. Jude Medical from 2009 to 2015, David managed commercial strategies for a $500M+ franchise. David's earlier career includes roles as a Private Equity Associate at J.G. Fogg & Co. and a Lieutenant in the US Navy, where significant responsibilities included overseeing a department managing $800M in military assets. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business, and completed advanced nuclear training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
