Regional Administrative Lead (americas) at Russell Reynolds Associates

Erin Ginocchio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2013 to the present, Erin has been with Russell Reynolds Associates, starting as an Executive Assistant (Project Coordinator) and later becoming the Manager of Administrative Services in New York. In these roles, Erin managed the administrative support team, oversaw daily operations, and played an active role in the recruiting process. Prior to that, Erin worked at DLA Piper from 2010 to 2013 as an Assistant to the Global Head of Insurance and the Co-Chair of Insurance. Before joining DLA Piper, Erin worked at Nixon Peabody from 2009 to 2010, providing support to the Chair of Insurance and the Insurance Practice Group Leader. Erin's earlier experience includes working as the Manager of Acting Company at Emerging Artists Theatre Company from 2005 to 2009 and as a Teacher at Down East Arts Center from 2004 to 2007. Erin began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Circle in the Square Theatre School from 2001 to 2003.

Erin Ginocchio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Music from Adelphi University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they attended Circle in the Square Theatre School from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a 2-year certificate in Musical Theatre. In addition to their educational background, Erin Ginocchio holds a certification in Emerging Leader Ascent from Lead Belay, which they obtained in July 2022.
