Gemma Hodgson

Gemma Hodgson is a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, actively involved in the Board and CEO Advisory Group since January 2018, providing expertise on Chair and Non-Executive Director appointments and CEO succession projects. Previously, Gemma spent nearly seven years at The Zygos Partnership, focusing on high-level appointments within financial services prior to its acquisition by Russell Reynolds. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Associate in financial services with Korn/Ferry and as a Consultant in investment banking and executive search. Gemma holds a Master's degree in The History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Exeter.
