Harry Lin

Harry Lin has over 15 years of experience working in the technology, telecom, and fintech/financial services industries in China and the U.S. Harry currently holds the position of Managing Director & Partner, APAC Technology Head & Office Manager Greater Bay Area China at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of the Asia Technology and Fin Tech Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2013 to 2020. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Harry worked at Equanum Capital Management as the Director & Senior Analyst from 2009 to 2013, where they were responsible for China, HK, Taiwan research in the TMT sector. Harry also worked at Thomson Reuters as the Head of Channel Marketing, North Asia and Principal Analyst, Pan-Asia Technology Research from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Harry held various positions at Motorola and Nortel, where they gained expertise in product management and marketing in the telecom industry.
