Ireen Kars

Ireen Kars is a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since January 2019, specializing in identifying and developing sustainable C-suite leaders with a strong focus on the tech sector. Kars served as an Alfred Landecker Democracy Fellow at Humanity in Action from October 2020 to October 2021, fostering impactful political and societal discourse. Prior experience at Microsoft, spanning from 2013 to 2018, included roles such as Solution Sales Professional in the Modern Workplace for Healthcare and in Mobility & Security for the Public Sector, where Kars was instrumental in business development and strategy implementation. Additionally, Kars worked as a Policy Advisor at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken in 2012, representing the Netherlands at UN institutions. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Public Administration and Organizational Science from Utrecht University.
